Want skin like Gwyneth Paltrow? Then you better like salmon cause you’re gonna need to eat a lot of it!
The 39-year-old superstar revealed that she’s a big fan of the celebrity dermatologist Dr. Nicholas Perricone, who tells clients to eat the Omega 3-rich fish two times a day, even for breakfast! UGH!
In her most recent newsletter for GOOP, Paltrow’s interview with the doctor explained how wild salmon not only acts as a “natural anti-depressant, but it also keeps skin young and radiant. Dr. Perricone’s other “superfoods” include dark leafy greens, which helps protect against UV damage, extra virgin olive oil and pinot noir. (I like that part!)
Paltrow who indulged in a $350 facial before the Emmys and is “obsessed” with the Clarisonic Opal Sonic Fusion and Mia skin-cleansing brush, also sang praise about Dr. Perricone’s Super Berry Powder with Acai.
